1 hour 15 minutes, A luxury massage using hot basalt and cooled marble stones to recharge and energise you. This truly is a treatment that must be experienced to be appreciated.

Instead of the full treatment you can choose to target any problem areas, aches or pains.  For example: Back, Neck & Shoulders.

 
Reiki 50 mins £35 - Only £30.00
50 minutes, Reiki is a natural therapy using something we all have – Energy! “Reiki” means universal life force in Japanese, the power of life itself. Generally Reiki will relieve stress, tension, strain, help the body to release what is no longer needed and enable the body to rebalance its energy.

Reiki 30 mins £25 - Only £21.00

 As above but this treatment can either be done seated or on the couch and can target the upper energy channels/chakras.

Hopi Ear Candles & Facial Massage £40 - Only £35.00

50 minutes. Biosun Hopi Earcandles* are used to create a light suction action (chimney effect), this creates a vibration of air in the earcandle, generating a massage like effect on the eardrum. This induces a pleasant feeling of warmth and a balance of pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses. Soothing and helpful for earache, headaches, ear noise, sinus problems, stress,

nervousness and excellent after a cold. The treatment is finished with a specialised massage sequence of the face, neck, scalp and ears, including pressure points and lymphatic drainage.

*Other earcandles can be used if an allergy to any of the ingredients is suspected.

Hopi Earcandles £20 - only £17.00
This treatment takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes and is the same as the previous treatment without the full facial massage afterwards, although a gentle draining of the sinuses and some pressure points work will be performed.  The cost ear candles are included in the treatment price.

Reflexology £40 - Only £35.00

45 minutes.  Reflexology is a treatment where the therapist uses a variety of massage and pressure moves on certain pressure points on the feet. This promotes a deep sense of relaxation, it balances the body systems and aids the bodys own healing responses.
